Partition Deed


It is a document registered after the division of a property held jointly by several persons (family or Non-family members), so that each person gets a share and becomes the owner of the share allotted to him/her.

Why it is important?

In the case of mutual consent partition deed will helpful to sell/gift/transfer their share of his property according to their needs. If you are unaware of partition deeds or if you don’t have any partition deed then you wouldn’t partition your property with others except landlord.
